We are a small US based startup. If you have any issues, you will speak directly to us and we will make it right.

You are entitled to a refund or free replacement if your thermostat arrives broken, or fails to arrive, and you contact us to troubleshoot the issue (sometimes shipping takes longer than expected, or the thermostat is working, but does not seem to be at first inspection)

You are entitled to a return if you decide this product doesn't work for you. Customers will pay return shipping if the return is at their own discretion, we will pay return shipping if we provided you with incorrect compatibility information.

Orders are shipped within 9 days of being placed, we typically ship in batches once or twice per week. We ship via USPS ground, shipping is free to anywhere in the US, international orders will have shipping charges added during checkout after entering your mailing address. We deliver to the US, Canada, Ireland, the UK, and Europe. Contact us directly if you would like to order from anywhere else. You may cancel an order anytime before it ships for a full refund.

Our Story

Last year we decided to purchase a 5kw Chinese diesel heater to heat a truck build during winter. We were disappointed to discover that it was oversized for the space and continued to heat it even on it's lowest setting. The various stock thermostats didn't offer a simple solution. Tampering with the controllers felt too invasive. We decided that building an aftermarket version of the stock remote would be the simplest, most universal solution.
